Community-based testing, peer education, and treatment adherence support — delivered through trusted local health workers, not outside contractors.

Peer-led support groups, counsellor training, and community conversations that name mental health plainly — in Sesotho, in local spaces, without stigma.

Life skills, leadership cohorts, and peer facilitation training — so young people leave each program able to run the next one themselves.
